As a mother of an autistic child, I have become an outspoken advocate for inclusion in the arts and will work tirelessly to help your organization become the most inclusive organization possible. My passion: to connect new communities and audiences to the theatre.
I am a graduate of NYU Tisch School Of The Arts and is proud to serve as Executive Director for Women’s Theatre Festival. I bring my experience from a career in the arts as an administrator, educator, director, designer, writer, and performer. I have helped to start several non-profits including PIE Theatre Company which I started with my college roommate while still in school, and am a former company member of the award-winning Burning Coal Theatre, where I helped innovate the Lab program for playwrights and directors. I teach at Raleigh Little TheatreRaleigh Little Theatre and have self-produced my original and devised works in NYC, Minneapolis, and here in Raleigh.
